🔭 01 / OUR ROOTS
We started as strategy and innovation consultants. Our job was to bring an outside view: scan what is changing, spot what matters and put structure around the choices ahead. That is the idea behind Sneakpeek.
In practice, that meant helping organisations with their innovation and digital strategy. Which new technologies and market shifts matter for us? Where are the real opportunities? And which ones do we pursue, in what order, with what impact on the organisation?
💡 02 / OUR AI FOCUS
How AI became our focus
Many of those opportunities were driven by AI, long before it was a boardroom topic. That gave us over ten years of experience in spotting AI use cases.
Generative AI was a different story. We first saw what it could do during a study for the Council of the European Union on the future of policy work and how digital services could support and change it. Not long after, in 2022, ChatGPT came out. AI went from specialist tool to something every knowledge worker could use. Use cases multiplied, and white-collar work started to shift.
🔄 03 / OUR OWN TRANSFORMATION
Our own job was one of the first to change
Strategy consulting turned out to be one of the most exposed professions. Research by Harvard Business School and BCG showed that consultants working with GPT-4 finished tasks about 25% faster and delivered work of roughly 40% higher quality.¹ Since innovation was already at the core of our work, we did what we advise clients to do: we dug into the technology and changed how we work.
At the same time, more and more clients came to us with the same question: what does AI mean for us? They wanted to know about the opportunities. But even more, they wanted to know how to organise around it: governance, people, skills and adoption.
🧭 04 / THE STRATEGY QUESTION
Why AI is a strategy question, and why that is where we come in
AI does not wait for the next strategy cycle. It changes processes, but also jobs and the way organisations work. That is where the real value lies, and where most organisations get stuck. That makes AI a strategy question, not only an IT topic.
It is exactly the kind of question we have been helping leadership teams answer for years. We bring a strategist’s view of the business, more than ten years of experience with AI use cases, and first-hand experience of having our own work transformed by it. That combination is what lets us help you turn AI into real results for your organisation.
AI is our focus today, but the discipline stays the same: understand what is changing, make clear choices and organise to act. We apply that same discipline beyond AI, to the wider business and innovation questions below.
Same discipline. Wider questions.
We still apply our strategy and innovation experience beyond AI:
Business and digital strategy
Roadmaps and prioritisation
Partnership strategy
